VALET PARKING SERVICES

Milestone Group currently run two Valet parking operations in Auckland City, parking up to 600 vehicles per day.
The Valet service is an organised car parking procedure allowing for less time spent by employees parking their vehicles and maximising car parking spaces.
Car parks can be vital in allowing for smooth running of a business and encourage employee retention. Having an organised parking service by way of Valet parking can achieve extra parking capacity.

Software
Milestone Group have developed a specialised valet parking software system to allow for a paperless operation.
This system allows for efficient processing of vehicles and integration with mobile phones and email for arranging vehicle pick up when required.

General Valet Process
On arrival at a parking area the vehicle owner will leave the vehicle with a valet driver, who will park their vehicle for them. They do not have to think about their vehicle again until they wish to leave the car park. To collect their vehicle, the owner can either text or email the valet operator and the vehicle will be made ready for collection.
The pick up and drop off point is usually situated strategically for convenient access to the building entrance/exit or basement lifts.

Increase revenue
By utilising an organised parking strategy, the number of vehicles that can be parked in an area can often be increased, allowing for increased revenues. In some cases this increase in vehicle numbers can generate extra revenue, enough to offset the cost of the valet service and more. Therefore providing both an increased amenity for the users and generating extra revenue.

Vehicle grooming
Milestone Group also offer vehicle grooming that can be done while the vehicles are parked by the Valet service. These range from a an exterior wash to a full deluxe exterior wash, interior and engine bay clean.

Other services
Other services that can be included in a Valet operation are organising vehicle servicing, organising vehicle Warrant of Fitness inspections, and drycleaning services. Any other requests for add on services can be discussed.
