RICHARD CAWSON

Richard is a qualified electrician, with considerable experience in the commercial, industrial and domestic markets.

Richard worked in the dairy and petrochemical fields throughout New Zealand. In 2000 he joined the family commercial cleaning business as a Contracts Manager, controlling a large council contract covering 42 sites in the West Auckland. He was responsible for all staffing and quality management.

After 12 months he was appointed Auckland Branch Manager managing up to 250 staff through 5 Operations Managers. After 18 months as Auckland Branch Manager he was appointed National Operations Manager.

Staff numbers grew to 800 employees and he was responsible for establishing and implementing the systems and processes to facilitate the efficient and effective management of these personnel throughout a nationwide branch network.

LANCE PEARSON

• Bachelor of Agricultural Management
• Qualified Plumber and Drainlayer

Lance has a Bachelor of Agricultural Management degree and has also achieved certified qualifications in Plumbing and Drain laying.

Prior to immigrating to New Zealand, Lance owned and operated a successful contracting, plumbing and drain laying business.

On arrival in New Zealand he was employed by a large, International Waste Management company, where he held a number of key roles in operations and contracts management.

After 7 years, he left them to become Auckland manager of the second largest commercial cleaning company. With ten direct reports and over 200 staff, Lance was responsible for significant contracts in the Commercial, Industrial, Engineering, Education and Hospitality sectors. He held this position for close to two years, until taking on his next challenge, to set up and run Milestone Group.

KARL PAMPLIN

Karl is an experienced business manager within the service industry and has spent the last 11 years within various management roles. Most recently with a blue collar labour specialist, supplying cleaners and maintenance personnel for all types of commercial and private situations. This experience makes Karl perfect for the role of managing the Access Property Care division of Milestone Group.
