Below is a brief summary of all services we offer, and how we propose to manage them.

Building Repairs and Maintenance:

We offer project management services to a number of clients and have been extensively involved in the downtown Britomart precinct redevelopment of its heritage buildings. Milestone Group employs a number of tradesmen builders and is able to offer all repairs and maintenance work. Management will assist and direct maintenance service personnel on all sites. We are currently redeveloping a number of buildings in the Auckland area.

Electrical and Plumbing Services:

Both directors of Milestone Group come from a trade background. Richard is a qualified electrician and Lance a qualified plumber drainlayer. We employ four qualified electricians and have a number of large contracts in and around the Auckland region.

Specialist Cleaning:

Milestone Group also owns a property maintenance and window cleaning company. With twelve full time staff and a specialist abseiling division who specialise in painting, repairs and maintenance, window cleaning and building wash.

Access Property Care has been operating since 1969 in the greater Auckland area, and have now joined with Milestone Group to further increase the services we offer. Originally a family partnership, Access Property Care has been passed down through the generations & is still providing the same personal standard of excellence that has come to be recognised in the industry.

We offer extensive cleaning services including high rise window cleaning, abseiling, building washing & all other commercial building maintenance requirements including ground care maintenance and painting.

Access Property Care has 15 Years of Industrial abseiling experience. Safety is paramount throughout all of our services. We have successfully made difficult jobs look easy by scaling heights safely.

Using abseiling techniques we finish work in a short space of time minimising your costs. With overseas training & experience our employees are fully trained & work with the latest of equipment. All services carried out meet with Health & Safety Regulations.

We also employ a number of specialist cleaners who are committed to a professional quality service. Duties involve car park management, cash handling, high dusting, Our staff take pride in their work and site.

Valet Services and Car Park Management:

Milestone Group has the knowledge and expertise to provide and manage a superior valet service solution.

We currently operate and manage two large Valet parking operations in the Auckland CBD, parking up to 600 vehicles per day. We offer a number of additional services to compliment the parking operation. Vehicle numbers range from 75 – 90 per day. Our contract also involves the car park management including Pay and Display machine management, service and repairs and cash handling systems.

We offer vehicle grooming, catering to all local businesses.

Health & Safety
All services carried out meet with Health & Safety Regulations, New Zealand Standards, OSH Codes and Practices. The Company Health & Safety Manual is available upon request.
